This medical practice is by far the worst I've encountered. Their billing system is a mess – the bills they send don't match what my insurance says I owe. Trying to get answers or resolve any issues is impossible; it's like they're avoiding communication altogether. Despite numerous attempts via phone and email, I can't reach anyone in the office. Stay far away from this place; their shady business practices are a headache you don't need.

The Doctors are excellent BUT the organization is abysmal. An 11 a.m. appointment can result in waiting an hour or more. No excuses offered but a surly reception when you are called. The Reception staff and many of the Nurses are doing you a favor and give the impression that they are over-worked and would rather have you stay away. That is what I am going to do!

Reasonably well run medical office. There are two separate offices with the same lobby. Can be a little challenging. Part of the Washington Township Medical Foundation.

Wait time is super long, clerk can be rude. If you scheduled for an appointment, but ready to wait for 2+ hours for doctors here.
