S/O Ted!! Yoo..he made this whole experience feel right from the start. I’m truly thankful for him!! his genuine commitment, integrity, & easygoing personality took all the pressure out of buying my first bike. He was patient, helpful, & really cared about making sure I found what was meant for me, not just making a sale. What stood out even more was how prompt he was with communication throughout the entire process. No matter how busy the shop got, he always made the time to respond, follow up & keep things moving smoothly. That kind of consistency and care means everything, especially for a first-time buyer. Dude.. living in Fremont for so many years, I finally stepped inside this place lol! and I’m so glad I did!! It’s a true local gem. Walking out with my Honda Rebel felt like everything aligned perfectly. Even getting to meet the owner added to the experience!!just solid people all around! Thank ya’ll so much! If you’re thinking about it, go in and ask for Ted. You’ll be taken care of the right way.

I had a great experience with Fremont Honda Kawasaki Suzuki. Had the pleasure of working with Ted on getting a used Yamaha R7. I called in advance bc I was in a different city, I wanted to talk them down on the price but couldn’t be there until Saturday due to work schedule. Ted told me there were a few individuals looking at it and they would hold it if I put down the deposit. I knew I was going to get it but I didn’t want them to know that 😂 but I folded pretty fast. I said to Ted “damn, I guess now I can’t talk you down on the price now…” and Ted said “watch what I do next and you’ll know who your dealing with” and knocked a few hundred dollars off of the price. Ted’s pretty funny too, I asked if he could start it up in the showroom and he said “no, but I’m going to do it anyways.” 😂 Finally, I needed it delivered and they typically didn’t deliver that far away. Eddie, the owner, showed up 3 days later at my apartment with his pickup truck and personally delivered the bike to me on my birthday. The 1 star review wobbly tire guy is probably an idiot lol bc this place is great and they will go the extra mile for you. I’m probably going to get another bike from them just bc I like the people here that much. Thanks guys!

Absolutely wonderful service. Gave us space to look in peace with no pressure, and undivided attention when we were ready to make a purchase or had a question. Prices are reasonable and they have a good amount of stock and options. We had a specific bike in mind and they helped us find exactly what we wanted. It took a bit longer than expected filling out our paperwork for our new motorcycle, but they still didn't make us feel bad or pressured for going right up until closing (and honestly after closing... Sorry!). Incredibly helpful and chill motorcycle enthusiasts. 5 stars all the way!

I have been riding My Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 with a bolt from Home Depot and duct tape keeping my clutch lever operational and intact for the past 2 months as the original bolt cracked at the thread. I have ordered a replacement bolt from a different dealership but it has been on back order from Royal Enfield for over 2 months now. Desperately trying to find a solution, I came across Fremont Honda Kawasaki and the parts and service rep Josiah told me to bring my RE Hime 450 into the service dept and they will see what they can do. I rode in today Saturday morning to their service dept and their mechanic Jim took care of it right away with bolt that matched from their salvage parts and they did it no charge! I am impressed and believer with the customer service here at Fremont Honda Kawa! Hats off to you both Josiah and Jim!

A+ experience! Was calling around for a Honda Pioneer side by side and they had the exact one I was looking for, got the deal done with ease and even was able to deliver to my property. Friendly white glove service from Ted and the owner, and they even walked us through how to use/maintain it and answered all my novice questions. Highly recommended!
