The moment stepping in the office the receptionist lady already knew of my appointment and checked me in right away, efficient, professional and courteous. Both the dentist and the assistant were extremely detailed and explained everything I needed to know clearly. It was my first visit to the clinic and it was for a regular clean up, the dentist examined, cleaned all my teeth with great care, constantly checking if I was doing ok, making the whole process almost enjoyable, almost! I’m really terrible with names so I just can not recall these wonderful people’s names, my apology! Together they definitely took away my anxiety of visiting a new dentist! Thank you all 👍

I had a wonderful and gentle experience with Dr. Syeda Mateen. She is thorough, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. She constantly checked in with me while cleaning my teeth, to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process. In fact the three staff members I met are super friendly, bubbly and couldn't help you enough. I would definitely recommend Fremont Family Dental Group to friends, family and strangers.

Lydia at front desk, Dr Matten and her dental assistant together make an all-star dental team. Thorough, efficient, professional and friendly. My Dad went for an urgent dental need and not only were they able to accommodate in short time they also recommended the best course of action even if that included getting some services elsewhere. My dad is not easy to impress but this office was an exception. We are planning to have this office primary for both my Dad and Mom now.

My family and I are extremely satisfied with the services provided. As Medi-Cal recipients, we found each visit to be thorough. Dr. Syeda Mateen takes her time to explain each service with care for her patients, regardless of how they pay. Ms. Lydia at the front office, along with all the staff behind the scenes, was kind and respectful. The service we received was, by far, much better than that of the fancy dentist in Moraga.

I really appreciate Dr. Mateen, She’s the only dentist who thoroughly cleaned my bridge buildup and didn’t stop until it was all removed, she took her time, stayed very calm and explained everything clearly. I also like that she only recommended what was necessary for my dental issues. Overall, a very caring and professional experience.
