By far one of the nicest healthcare facilities I have ever been to. Not only did we not have to wait too long to be seen, but all staff from the front desk to the nurses and doctors are super friendly and helpful. Even when I have issues with my insurance the wonderful ladies at the front desk helped me and made sure my children were taken care of.

We took our son with a breathing difficulty and Dr. Montoya and her NP Ann took great care of us. Dr. Montoya went above and beyond to explain the situation to us and made sure we understood the problem with our son. She checked on him again the next day to make sure he is okay. We really appreciate the care and thank you for helping our baby get well.

Avoid this place at all costs during or near the Holidays. Worst experience ever. I had an appointment, yet they made me wait for over 2 hours because “they have a lot of patients “ “ the doctor was unavailable “ blah blah All lies. They had me waiting inside on the hallway and I could see two doctors happily chatting… nurses and everyone else ignored me and my kids that were called in but left in the limbo until I actually interrupted their friendly conversation. Unacceptable, disrespectful, disappointing. Worst than social services. Zero empathy for the patients. It seems like they were ready to party and unaware of their surroundings! Just disgusting! Supposed to be urgent care.

We had to take my son to pediatric urgent care because he suddenly broke out in dots all over his body. Unfortunately, our experience was terrible from the start. The doctor, Dr. Christina Trinh, walked in with an extremely rude attitude, saying, “This is urgent care—if it’s not urgent, you shouldn’t be here.” When it comes to billing, though, they had no problem charging my insurance $2,500, despite her saying she only had 10 minutes for us. Looking back, I should’ve paid more attention to their 2.0-star rating—it really reflects the poor care and service we received. Sadly, in urgent situations, you don’t always have time to research. I hope this doctor—and this clinic—learn the importance of treating patients with respect and compassion. We will never return here again.

We brought our son to pediatric urgent care after he broke out in red dots all over his body. From the moment Dr. Christina Trinh entered the room, she was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Instead of showing concern, she greeted us with, “This is urgent care—if it’s not urgent, you shouldn’t be here,” making us feel unwelcome and judged during a frightening moment for our family. It’s deeply disappointing to encounter such poor treatment, especially when seeking care for a child. Unfortunately, the low rating of this clinic truly reflects the lack of respect and compassion we experienced. We’ll never return and hope others think twice before trusting their loved ones to this place.
