Spent time with Justin (Credible) and Moses in finance both were great. Justin took the time to show me around and compare the cars/trucks/suvs didn’t rush me at all. I even needed a ride to the dealership and he scooped me up on the way into work. Say what you want about car salesmen/women but he definitely gave me the information straight up no fluff. Much appreciation for his style. Bought an Optiq 2026! Made it easy and got a great deal.

Excellent service. Received help from Steven, who was extremely knowledgeable, as well as empathetic to my situation. He provided excellent service and saved me money, determining what was actually needed versus what I was told by someone else. He even got me in same day, which saved me from having to explore other transportation options. Steven was friendly and professional with solid knowledge and accurate repair options! Not a fan of dealerships, but this experience has changed the way I look at them!!

I recently took my vehicle to Fremont Cadillac for scheduled maintenance. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with this experience. Tabesh Sangari, the service advisor who took care of my vehicle, was very professional and helpful. My car was serviced and washed with very little wait time.

I was fortunate enough to be referred to Justin Dorfman , who had just worked with my son on a great deal for a Optiq EV 2026. I went to the Cadillac dealership here in Roseville (the Sacramento area) and did not have a great experience. Even after offering to write one check to pay off a three year lease, that dealership could not provide me with the cost of the vehicle I wanted - this was over a three day period. The manager treated me as insignificant. I left the Roseville Mall feeling so discouraged and thinking about how much I hate dealing with car salesmen. Then, I talked to my son while I was on my way to a different dealership and he referred me to a man who was not only wonderful to deal with, but provided solid information and immediate feedback on availability, cost and specials. He also treated me with respect. I called Justin Dorfman and my experience was similar to my son's. Justin was happy to help me, responded immediately to any questions or concerns I had, and provided me with the cost for the deal. He was great to work with. The easiest car leasing or buying process I have experienced, and this is my fourth lease agreement (3 were Mercedes and I had five Mercedes in a row). Justin was the most personable, professional, competent, helpful and thoughtful car sales person I have ever dealt with - he had me agree to get an American car! I haven't purchased one of those since the early 70s! I leased the Cadillac Optiq Sport 2026 for three years. After the sale, Justin was still on top of things making sure the car was delivered without problems, and attending again to any questions or concerns I had. I cannot say enough about how pleasant and successful the entire process was because of Justin Dorfman. The dealership has a jewel in Justin - no high pressure tactics, no disrespect, no waiting, no concern about if I was being treated fairly. This wasn't an anomaly, as mentioned above, my son had the same kind of experience with Justin. I'm a Cadillac driver; didn't think any car would get me away from Mercedes - I just needed to find a sharp thinking professional - a man like Justin.

I have never done my oil changes at a Cadillac Dealership but since I was in the area and I was due for an oil change I decided to try them out. I was greeted by Tabesh who checked my vehicle in. He explained the process and got me a ride back to work. He was so friendly and professional something I have definitely not received at other dealerships. He called an hour later to let me know it was done and even ordered me a shuttle ride back. Once I arrived he had all my paperwork done and explained other things I may want to fix on my vehicle. He was not pushy at all just informative. I think I have found my new place for Oil changes! and because of the great rate and customer service I am definitely open to having other repairs done there.
