The teller preformed her job professionally and was a pleasure. The branch manager tried to take credit for someone else's accomplishment after ignoring my request to speak with her over the phone about my concerns with my account. A pattern that seems to be prevalent in management at Fremont Bank. The one's who actually do the work to satisfy a client's concerns seem to go unnoticed or unrecognized. No wonder.

I went to the bank today June 4th for someone to help me reset my internet banking and some other issues and Senior teller DEE MUNDER went out of her way so she can help me. She did a terrific job and was very patient with me. I've been a customer of Fremont Bank for 40 years and I never had a problem. Good job everyone and keep up the good work. Thanks DEE 👍
