Everything less than other banks. Limited withdrawal amount per day and only $20 bills at ATMs, lowest daily transfer limits, reps ask prying questions not really their business, ATM frequently blocks your request for withdrawals - a lot more than other banks. Been doing business with them for over 30 years, but getting to the point of pulling out completely.

Edit: I realized that a banker made my experience so bad and I ended up giving 1 star rating. I have visited couple of times after that, am surprised with a pleasant experience. I am happy to upgrade my review to 4 star. Original: Local bank, really local.. learning how to speak to a customer. Make sure you check their website (if you remember) before going there if they are really open or not. (I rate it 1 star)

Not a good experience. On Saturday usually you will expect more people. But they are short staffed. For us it take nearly 30 min to get into my safe deposit box.

Be wary of using their atms. The atm withdraws toren bills and then when you go into complain (with receipt proof of withdrawal), they will claim that they cant prove you got the bill from their atms and tell you there is nothing they can do!!!
