When my money was stolen using my atm number, Fremont Bank chose to do nothing along with delaying an investigation by the police to determine what had happened. Now it's impossible for an investigation because of records purged during the delay. I believe that makes Fremont Bank culpable in the crime. And don't bother going to this branch unless you have nothing better to do. So slow. Including incompetence in management that forget to address concerns and later right an email that has nothing to do with the information you requested. A ploy to hide their inability to follow through. Expect nothing from Fremont Bank except for the to cover there behinds and leave you hanging and frustrated.

Very personable staff at this Fremont Bank Warm Springs Branch. It has a very neighborhood small community vibe. Stephanie Pi and other staff here are super friendly and warm and so helpful. They go over and beyond in my experience. Compared to their other branch in the hub, the customer service at Warm Springs branch is excellent. I hope the staff here remains the same.

I've been a Fremont Bank customer since 1968. Have gone to several Fremont Bank branches as I moved around Fremont but the Warm Springs branch is the best! Recently, I went to another branch and there was a problem the next day. I went to the branch I normally go to (Warm Springs) and saw Lidia P. She corrected the problem in a few minutes. Very good and courteous service! Thanks Lidia!

This branch has consistently underwhelmed in my almost three years as a customer here where I opened my fremont bank account. All other branches have treated me better than this branch. Satnam, the manager has no interpersonal skills which might explain the high turnover rate of the employees here. I would not recommend doing business here which is why I specifically avoid this branch whenever possible.

I opened a HELOC with them 1.5 year ago. The introducing rate was good. However, it expires in 9 months. There is no fee involved when opening the HELOC. I have zero $ balance all the time. Recently, I tried to do refi and need to close this account. I was charged $691.50 for all the fees. Call them up and told I signed the disclosure doc. I guess it is my fault that I didn't read all the docs and I was never told that early closure fee either. So please be aware if you open HELCO with FB.
