Dr. Jessie James Allen is one of the best Chiropractor, I ever had in my entire life! He's very professional, who I call - a body whisperer, knows where the pain is coming from. I recommend him to anyone needing a treatment, & even the office staff is great.

Before my tennis colleague referred Dr. Jesse Allen, I suffered from bursitis nearly a year. I was first given an X-ray by my health care provider and immediately referred to a PT. The PT misdiagnosed and insisted nothing much could be done because I had arthritis. I then requested to be seen by an orthopedic doctor and the doctor said I had bursitis. He said I could take ibuprofen or Tylenol or both and I still can continue my activities with stretches. They didn’t act like it was a big deal, so I continued my activities which included playing tennis 4 times a week( for recreation), working out 3 times and daily walking for a couple of hours. My symptoms got worse and couldn’t walk without lots of pains. I became concerned and cut back on all the activities, but resting didn’t help much. I felt very frustrated till I met Dr, Jesse Allen. Being a competitive athlete, he knew immediately how he could help me. He took X-rays and explained what caused the problems. That was the first time anyone explained what was in the X-rays. Just from the first couple of visits, I realized why some people would say a good chiropractor is better than many doctors. Dr. Allen is modern. He knew how mind and body worked together. He knew about energy, but he was modest. I had the feelings that he would give you the suggestions you need, could understand and do. It was not one pill fits all. It is like a customized care for an individual. He does not just “pop” your neck or back, he would share valuable insight and knowledge on health issues, if you are interested. It was inspirational to hear his thoughts on how to keep our body aligned, or how an athlete can stay on his prime regardless of age and inherited imperfect body structure which prone to certain diseases or illness. He talked about rest in between vigorous exercise days, the importance of proper good sleep, and the help vitamins supplements may provide. He is a well rounded modern doctor! He is open minded, and he has wide knowledge base in helping his patients restore good health and energy(body) alignment. He uses his good intuition to provide customized advice for me. Dr. Allen takes time to understand his patients. I feel good every time seeing him because I know he cares about what he does. If you can pay attention to what he has to say or suggest, you can gain a lot and become much more self reliant in restoring your own health. I improved pretty fast in just few weeks. Get adjustments from Dr. Allen, follow his advice and continue to take care of yourself after you leave his office.

I’m a recreational tennis player. Tennis is my only fitness activity and my "outlet". I play tennis three times a week and I tend to pick up injuries a couple of times a year. Or the last few years I’ve had tennis elbow, patellar tendinitis, sore wrists, strained shoulders, lower back strain and what not… Each time I got hurt, I’d be itching to get back to the courts, as this is my only fitness activity and outlet. After trying out a few physios, chiropractors, ART‘s I found Dr. Jesse Allen at Fremont Back & Back Neck Pain Relief Dr. Allen got me back on court, and playing pain free each time. There are several things I liked abt Dr. Allen’s service * His schedules are flexible. I’d often call for the same day appointment and the front office would accommodate me * Dr. Allen would explain the nature of the injuries. He’d get rid of the adhesions causing the pain and prescribe stretching and strengthening exercises * His treatment includes adjustment followed by a 15 min stim therapy with ice on a shiatsu massage chair * Dr. Allen would not force a 6 month regimen on me. I’d do the sessions for a few weeks until I felt better and then move on * His fees are very reasonable. With a 5 pack, my fee per session is less than my insurance copay * I recommended Dr. Allen’s service to couple of friends at the tennis club I play and they had good things to say abt his service Give this 5-star service a try Dr. Allen is amazing at getting your alignment right and breaking up those painful adhesions. And remember — the real magic lasts when you pair adjustments and pain management in the clinic with stretching and strengthening he prescribes in your home to heal soft tissue injuries

Disappointing Experience with Administration I've heard great things about Dr. Allen, but unfortunately, my experience with the administration was subpar. Despite confirming my appointment, I was told upon arrival that I didn't have one. The staff seemed unconcerned, attributing the issue to a recurring problem with their system. The next available appointment was scheduled for the following Monday, wasting my entire day and workday. To add to the frustration, an elderly lady ahead of me faced a similar issue and was turned away. Improving customer service and appointment management would greatly enhance the overall experience. It's essential to ensure patients' time is respected. Rating: 1/5 (solely due to administrative issues) Recommendation: • Enhance appointment confirmation processes • Train staff to handle scheduling errors empathetically • Implement efficient communication systems to minimize patient inconvenience Dr. Allen's expertise deserves better administrative support.

If you call this clinic office, please make sure you ask for Dr. Jesse Allen. I hope their clerk can tell patient on the phone that which doctor will be assigned for new patient. I google search and picked the best review of Dr. Allen, but when I went in to the clinic, it was another Doctor named Dr. Daniel Klein who gave me very bad experience during the first visit and I will not go again.
