Had an amazing first lesson. As someone who has had never snowboarded before and had literally no experience, I can confidently say you’ll leave happy. I booked a one-on-one beginner snowboarding lesson online and drove almost 2 hours to get there, and it was absolutely worth it. I’m already planning to come back in the future. I left with a solid understanding of the basic techniques and much more confidence in myself. I highly recommend booking the class online and messaging them on Instagram to confirm rental gear availability.

New to snowboarding? This is for you. You’re an advanced snowboarder and want to learn cool new tricks? This is for you too! I am so glad there’s an indoor snowboard spot in the Bay Area to elevate my skills. My friend did the beginner session and I did the ground trick workshop for the first time, and will definitely be coming back. Jaken coached us and he did a phenomenal job, teaching us the core foundations… and you’ll definitely get a workout in. Also their clothes look dope (I think they sell snowboard gear on their website too). Private Beginner workshop: I think this was an extremely helpful session for people who are new to snowboarding… or even want to get into snowboarding. Within the hour, you’ll learn how to balance, heel and/or toe side depending on how fast of a learner you are, and rotate between going straight and switching to heel/toe side. Ground trick workshop: I snowboard for about 7-8 years and this elevated my experience and skills. So if you already got carving down, time to give ground tricks a try! It was a session with 2 other experienced snowboarders (it’s 1-3 students per workshop) and honestly am glad they were there cause I got so tired and needed breaks. The coach teaches us based on what we want to learn and what foundations we need to know before doing more advanced tricks. I am honestly so glad I got some practice in before hitting the slopes. I’m excited to put what I learn to the test! Will be coming back for my second workshop soon :)

My open gym session and first beginner lesson were both valuable. The instructor was knowledgeable, and I could see improvements immediately. The facility uses plastic turf, water, and detergents to simulate real snow‑slope conditions -- very clever. I plan to return for four one‑on‑one sessions.

Really bad communication. I called and texted to reserve a private class and they confirmed over text. After we rented our equipment and showed up they said they have no record of our class. I showed them the texts and they said they don’t take reservations by text and started “explaining” to me how online reservation systems work. Ok if you don’t take reservations by text or phone then tell me to reserve online when I request to reserve, not confirm the reservation.
