Frances helped us sell our home and we could not have been more satisfied with her service. She is a very hard working,caring individual and very professional! In the past, I have worked with other real estate agents, but never received the type of services we received from her. She is a good listener and makes sure she takes care of your needs. I have always called her for any advise I might be seeking and she has always been very helpful to me. I would not hesitate in recommend Frances to anyone. I feel that Frances is one of the best real estate agents you can find.

First met Frances a couple of years ago at an open house and immediately my wife and I knew she would be able to help us with our purchase of our next home. Fast forward to December 2016, and we have now settled into a new home and we owe it to Frances and her incredible skills as an agent. The house we put in an offer had 12 other offers and she was able to negotiate our offer to be the one they picked. She is an incredible negotiator and knows how to establish a relationship with other agents which comes in handy at time of negotiations. We first used Frances to sell our home and she also did a fantastic job. Negotiating the sale of our home 50K over asking and had multiple offers within the first weekend ! There lots of great things to say about Frances. She is very confident in her abilities, knows the real estate market very well, great negotiator, and knows the bay area very well. You have a ton of choices out there but we have stuck with Frances and have also recommended her to several of our friends and family and they have the same thing to say about her.

Frances is an absolute pleasure to work with. My family and I have purchased many homes and Frances is by far the best realtor ever. She is kind, thoughtful, professional, and extremely responsive. My partner and I have recently wrapped up a large, complicated home purchase that took over 1 year to complete. Frances stood by our side through the many phases of the build-out. Her professional expertise was instrumental in making sure we got exactly what we wanted. We had many questions and Frances was always available via text or email. When we finally closed on our new home, Frances was there to congratulate us. We felt like she was part of the family. Amazingly, her services did not stop there. She offered to connect us with a wide range of services like house cleaners, contractors, movers, and many more. She even offered to help us rent out our old home! Frances helped me and my wife with our recent home purchase, and we are extremely happy with her service. She is a high caliber real estate agent with tons of experience, and is very good at what she does. In our last purchase, we had a tough battle becaue we had to bid against four other buyers. However, through her resourcefulness, hard work, and persistence, Frances got us our dream house. Good work, Frances! =) Over the years, we have worked with other real estate agents, but there is no one like Frances. She treated us like we are part of her family, always gave us good advices, and only had our best interest in mind. She is a good listener, is attentive to details, and is very caring. She also kept us calm, and did not let our emotions get over our head. She was also very responsive. We sometimes emailed her with questions (even late in the evening), and she always got back to us right away. We think what sets her apart from other real estate agent is that she adds a human touch to everything that she does. Things like baking cookies, bringing gifts to everyone she works with, personalizing our offer letter, etc., - all collectively made a big difference in the process, and made the process just more enjoyable when working with her. We think Frances is one of the best real estate agents you can find. If we need to sell our house, or make another purchase, we'll sure go with her again. We highly recommend her to anyone.

Outstanding agent hands down ! This review is long overdue. I have been working with Frances for the past 5 years and have closed a few home transactions with Frances and I can't say nothing but great words about Frances. These transactions have both been buying and selling homes and for each of these, Frances did an excellent job. She is very professional, understands the details of buying and selling homes and you definitely need somebody to help you navigate the details of buying or selling homes. My first encounter with Frances was as a first time buyer and she was very patient and really educated us on what to expect and guided us on every detail of the process. We have been using Frances since 2001 and I have also recommended her to our friends and family who have also used her services. The one thing that stands out with Frances that made us continue with her was her experience and understanding of the market. The many other great qualities is she is very aggressive when it comes to negotiating. You need this in todays market. I can trust Frances has the best interest in us and is not just doing things to make a quick buck. If the deal is not good for us, she has told us to walk away and continue to look. How many agents do this ? A lot are just looking for a quick buck and go on to the next client. Not Frances. She is looking for clients for life. For my wife and I, she has found one.
