Suddenly stopped responding to email and phone calls, with no explanation. I needed him to do a final review of our plans before getting permits. After 4 weeks with no response at all, I had to replace him with someone else. Delayed the start of our construction by at least a month and cost us thousands of dollars. Found out he did the same thing to others. Was told he used to be good but something has changed. Avoid him.
