DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR BABIES OR INFANTS The lady took photos of our baby using her mobile phone and gave a poor excuse for not using a proper camera. We could have easily done the same thing at home instead of coming here. We were charged $50+ and were pushed to purchase extra photos that we didn’t even need-’em. I did not like the service and her attitude. If you plan to visit, make sure they actually use a real camera, otherwise you’re better off going somewhere else. Honestly, my phone has better clarity and lenses than what she got in her studio. We will definitely not be coming back!!

Very poor customer service and zero flexibility. Before paying, I asked to switch my passport photo from a physical print to a digital copy. This was refused, and I was told I’d need to pay the full price for the printed photos and extra if I wanted the digital version. To justify this, I was told the photo paper costs “$600” and therefore the printed copy couldn’t be discarded — even though I had requested the change before completing payment. I was also advised to scan the printed photos myself and convert them to JPEG to save money, which defeats the purpose of using a professional service. The entire interaction was handled in a condescending tone rather than a helpful one. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this place if you need digital passport photos or expect respectful service.

This place is truly a one-stop shop for all your passport and visa needs! They handle everything — from passport photos, notary services, and document printouts to shipping — quickly and efficiently. Ivana was absolutely wonderful! She was super friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to explain parts of the passport renewal process, which made everything so much easier. Her attention to detail and willingness to help really stood out. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this location, especially if you’re looking for a stress-free experience with top-notch customer service

Went there the first time it was all good. But the second visit got me writing this review. If you think the photo she takes need a retake, she would say to you in a condescending manner (scolding you like a child) that this is not “that kind” of photo studio for a photoshoot. BUT YOU ARE A PHOTO STUDIO?? And you will never get a retake bcs apparently the photos will directly go into a ‘computer system’ and yada yada. This is the first photo studio that provides this kind of experience to me… i went to others and they let me choose 1 OUT OF 13 photos. YOU ARE A PHOTO STUDIO GET A GRIP IVANA! AND TWO, YOUR CUSTOMERS ARENT CHILDREN SO LEARN SOME BASIC MANNERS !!
