Worst doctor experience I've ever had. Avoid Dr. Basil Besh at all costs if you want to feel heard or seen as a human being. The moment he entered the room, he hand-waved my diagnosis from another hand specialist and said "we'll see about that" before any examination. The whole exam was very antagonistic, with him interrupting me multiple times and ignoring my explanation of my treatment etc so far by saying "just the symptoms". I guess he didn't care about the effects of my thumb brace or any other nuances. He decided my pain wasn't prominent enough to warrant treatment, despite being nearly constant, implied I don't believe in science, then deliberately misgendered me despite my pronouns being written on the page he was holding. He insisted i pick a Mr or Miss -- missing the whole point of they/them pronouns -- which was not at all relevant to the conversation re my pain. I left in literal tears at how thoroughly degraded I felt. I was made to feel like I was lying and begging for drugs or something, instead of simply getting a treatment I've had before and was effective. I don't like leaving a bad review, but this man's behavior felt genuinely distressing and borderline abusive. On the flip side, the intake nurses are lovely. Maybe you're safe if you're just getting x-ray or MRI, but if you must see Dr. Besh -- don't.

The doctor here is so rude. I had an injury to the first joint of my finger and made an appointment. Till today my right hand couldn’t move as free as before especially when I dance with a prop, the joint will pain and make crackling sound. It is just not flexible. The doctor here who examined my hand doesn’t want hear a word from me explaining the situation. After he pressed my finger and insisted I only have problem with another joint. And completely ignored my concern over this injured area. He is so ignorant and arrogant telling me he has 20 years of experience and that’s why I a here for. Yes maybe he has 20 years of experience but he lost why he is being a doctor and who he is here for. This is such a wast of my time and money. As old wisdom says, Ignorant is stupidity.

The staff is completely friendly. They fix the sound in the picture my other hand is still a little messed up but that's the one that had surgery. But we'll see what happens in the future as I finish up the exercises they gave me I suggest if you need hand work this the place to come

I broke my wrist in November and had a hard time finding a affordable hand therapist in Santa Cruz. My daughter worked at FORM and recommended that I make the drive to Fremont. What a lifesaver. It’s kind of a one stop shop for hand therapy with many therapists on site. They are also affordable, charging you only for the visits you make. The therapists are very friendly and knowledgeable. I worked with Sophia, Joshua and Andrew. Great people, great place.

Form hand therapy has been instrumental for rapid recovery from my elbow and wrist injuries. The scheduling, therapy and follow up has been so professional and courteous. I am deeply grateful for the staff including Jamie, Alejandra, Sophia and May for their above and beyond therapy and support. Strongly recommended for all friends and family
