I rarely write reviews, but what happened to my dog here demands to be on record. I am appalled. I brought my poodle mix in for a simple tidy: nails, face, and a sanitary trim. No bath, no brush-out. I gave very clear instructions in writing when requesting the appointment online. I even paid for the "anxious dog" add-on to ensure the groomer took extra time, didn’t feel rushed, and prioritized a positive experience. This was supposed to be a low-stress appointment. What I got back was nothing short of negligence. My dog was returned to me 17 minutes after I walked out the door. Seventeen. My husband and I had barely crossed the street, ordered coffee, and sat down, our food hadn't even arrived, when I got the pickup text. That was less than 14 minutes of actual "grooming" time. I chose this place based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews, even though my gut told me something was off at drop-off. The entry area was cluttered with hair and filter water bottles; nothing about it felt professional. I told myself I was overthinking it. I was not. The "groom" I received was unacceptable. My dog’s face was hacked - there is no other word for it. Chunks of her coat were shaven down to the skin in completely random patches on one side. There was no uniformity, no clean lines, no blending and nothing resembling an intentional cut. It looked like someone waved a trimmer around in the dark. The pictures tell the story better than my words. When I confronted the groomer, Isabella, she tried to tell me this was a "retriever cut." When I pointed to the missing chunks on one side of my dog's face, she began rambling about using a #10 blade. She offered no accountability and no apology, just deflection. At that point, I just wanted my dog out of there. Once in the car, I found Quik Stop powder on her nails. Her nails cut so deep that they bled. When I had asked Isabella how the nail trim went, she told me my dog "did great with the Dremel" and there were "no issues." That was a blatant lie told directly to my face. We already knew our dog is anxious about nail work, which is exactly why I paid extra for the "anxious dog" add-on so that the groomer doesn’t feel rushed. To make matters worse, I then found two nicks with clotted blood in her sanitary area. Again, I was not told about these injuries. My dog came back injured and in distress, and I had to find these wounds myself. Do not trust this place with your pets. They prioritize speed over safety and will lie to your face about the injuries they cause. See the attached photos for the "quality" of work they provide.

My husband and I tried a few grooming spots and by far this place is the best we have brought our dog in. Our fur baby always looking and smelling fresh and clean after grooming. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. We are most comfortable trusting our baby with Matt since day one. He handles him with love and care. And I can tell that they take their sweet time grooming and taking care of their fur customers. This place is a top notch and worth it!!

I can’t say enough good things about Isabella! She is incredibly patient, gentle, and caring with my dog. My dog can be nervous during grooming, but Isabella always takes her time and makes sure my pup feels comfortable and safe throughout the entire process. You can tell she truly loves dogs and treats them with kindness and respect. What really impressed me is her talent and creativity. Isabella specializes in Asian Fusion grooming styles and has an amazing eye for detail. She doesn't just give dogs a haircut—she creates a look that matches each dog's personality and features. The results are always adorable and unique. She has also studied many dog show grooming techniques, which really shows in the quality of her work. Her scissoring skills, balance, and attention to detail are outstanding. On top of that, she offers creative coloring services and can create fun, customized looks while keeping the dog's comfort and well-being as the priority. Every time I pick up my dog, I’m amazed by the transformation. My dog looks beautiful, happy, and well cared for. It’s not easy to find a groomer with both technical skills and genuine compassion, but Isabella truly has both. If you're looking for someone who is talented, patient, creative, and passionate about grooming, I highly recommend Isabella. She is one of the best groomers I have ever worked with!

I have a three-year-old Goldendoodle and have been getting her groomed regularly (about every six weeks) since she was one. Honestly, I’ve never been fully satisfied with previous groomers—something was always missing, whether it was the ears, the nails, the face, or the overall cut. But today was completely different. Isabella groomed my dog, and it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. She paid attention to every detail—the ears were perfectly cleaned, the nails were nicely rounded, and the haircut was exactly what I wanted. My dog looks amazing and, more importantly, seemed comfortable and happy. I will definitely be coming back and specifically requesting Isabella next time. Thank you so much for such an outstanding job!

We have been taking our pup to Fluffy Puppy for eight years (after a horrific experience at PetSmart). It's always been a good experience, but with the new management it has been great! They care deeply for our pup who is quite anxious by nature. They listen to how we want her fur trimmed, and do a beautiful job. They don't shame us when we don't brush out her fur as often as we should. I love the technological upgrades like making an appointment online, text reminders, and pick-up information. Price is incredibly reasonable, too.
