I decided to bring my Model Y here after my car was hit in a parking lot. Tesla's repair shop was not available for another month and after looking around Fix Auto Warm Springs had great reviews. The shop was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end of the process. They contacted the insurance company directly so there's no work involved on my side. Linda sent me regular updates via email and text. And 10 days later my car was good as new. They even cleaned my car inside and out. Wow! I was pleasantly surprised for going above and beyond. Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff at Fix Auto Warm Springs!

The shop was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end of the process, providing an outstanding service. Linda sent me regular updates via email and text, about what was going on with the car each step of the way. Fix Auto handled everything with my insurance (State Farm), so I just had to pay my deductible, and I was done. The car looked like new after they were done fixing the damages. They took less time than the estimated time to finish the repair, that was given to me before hand, so that was also nice, and cleaned the car inside and out before giving it back to me. However, I noticed some damages that were not present on the car before I dropped it. But I got an appointment to bring the car back right away, and they fixed those for free. So overall, a VERY good experience with this place.

I haven’t had any prior accidents so this was a new experience for me. I must say I was impressed with the professionalism, speed, and quality of the business and work. (At first glance it was questionable.) It took just 15 calendar days to complete the job. Fix Auto handled everything with Tesla and State Farm. I appreciated daily text updates and Linda U (advisor) was on top of it all. I recommend it.

I am glad I choose Fix Auto and specifically this location for our auto repair. My Benz was rear ended. Linda at Fix Auto set clear expectations and kept me updated on a daily basis of the progress. They did a phenomenal job and delivered 4 days before expected date. I would highly recommend this place.
