Datsu was of amazing help. We drove down to get the fenders rolled and have new wheels installed and we needed an alignment. Datsu and his team were able to help me get my alignment done so I could drive my car home which is in the Monterey area. Thank you! 😊 🙏🏼

I came here to do four-wheel alignment. Everything went well. The boss and employees were very friendly. But after the end, I found that there was no hat on the tire nozzle of my car, and the other one was changed to green. I was too lazy to go back and tell them. I hope they can be more careful in the future.

Horrible experience. I came in to get 4 tires mounted and balanced + alignment. After 3.5 HOURS they finally had my new tires put on. They then told me they could not do my alignment because my tie rods had a little play. I should have been in and out of there in an hour max. I have never had to wait longer for mounting tires. The manager Antonio was specifically unhelpful. After I left I realized the "tech" put the counter balance weights on the outside of my wheels. Is it not common knowledge that you put them on the inside?!! I then scheduled an appointment to have them re install the counter balance weights in the correct spot. When I arrived Antonio told me that the shop could not put the weights on the inside (the correct spot) and told me to leave. It felt like it was everyone's first day on the job. Very scary place to get your car serviced. I suggest hitting up your local non chain tire shop in the future. They know what they're talking about and will get you out of there in 1/3rd of the time. The Manager Antonio @ 40861 Fremont Blvd was extremely unpleasant and difficult to work with. I will never go to a Firestone again after working with him.

I'm incredibly pleased with how this shop cares for its customers needs! I originally brought my car in for a wheel alignment, but Datu and his team inspected it and discovered axles problems. Datu is very knowledgeable about the pros and cons and was super honest with pricing. I will definitely come to Datu for all of my future car issues and highly recommend this place!

Datu (Service Manager) was professional and friendly. We discussed the tires for my 2020 Rav4 based on what type of driving and roads the car will be on. He was very knowledgable and helpful into making my decision on what tires to purchase (Bridgestone Turanza Prestige BL). I've been going here for the past 20 years for new tires and life time alignment and I highly recommend them.
