After 35 years in Fremont, we decided to move away from an area we love and sell our home. AARP recommended Filirene to us, and we were impressed with her professionalism as well as her personable nature and commitment. Within a month, we left the state and she started preparing our house for sale. She worked extremely hard and was very transparent & complete in her communication. She did an excellent job in doing due diligence to ensure there would be no issues when selling the house. I previously worked with Filirene to purchase my current home, and the experience was so positive that I returned to her again to sell my first property. Filirene did an excellent job preparing the home, negotiating with the buyer to maximize my outcome, and keeping the entire process transparent from start to finish. I always knew what was happening and felt well-informed at every stage. As with most real estate transactions, things didn’t always go exactly as expected. Toward the end, there was a hiccup involving the lender, and Filirene stepped in and advocated on my behalf to ensure I did not incur any additional costs. That level of support made a real difference. I highly recommend Filirene and would absolutely work with her again for future purchases.
