I want to leave 5 stars for Annie and Christian for their compassion and making the moment right for me in a tough situation with shipping my package. I had an oddly shaped item that I needed to send to a friend out of state. I had gone to several other stores and trying to resolve things so that I could send this item out. It had taken all afternoon and I was feeling tired and frustrated. Despite my own tiredness, Annie welcomed me with a positive attitude and was very helpful in calling other stores and doing everything she could to help me. Christian was also friendly and went out of his way to be kind and helped me with this challenging situation so that I could send out my package. I really appreciate both of these employees for their help and encourage FedEx to recognize them for their excellent customer service. Thank you Annie and Christian!

Annie from this location was so kind, sweet, friendly, and helpful. Her customer service from the moment I entered was so welcoming and I was also doing a return at the USPS right beside and the two experiences were completely different. Be sure to tape ur package if u go to USPS because they’ll make you pay to get it taped whereas FEDEX offers it for you. If you have the choice I would say to choose FedEx to ship your things

The customer service person at the counter was very rude in tone and demeanor. Manager Chris was courteous, but he still took the side of his employee instead of admitting the error.

Very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable customer service. I came near closing, and Christian was super helpful. There was also no line to wait in, which makes this my first choice FedEx location.

Christian Store Manager is so great, I mis-printed my shipping tag(not working), he ask me to email the shipping tag to him, and he print and shipped out my parcel. GREAT HELP!
