This is a horrible Fed ex. I have about 70 pages to scan, had to make 6 copies. The lady asked me to authorize an amount and needed to do $100. The machine messed up and it took the authorization $100. She told me to go to the other machine and authorize $100 and the machine messed up now I am in $200. She then said, she can charge me another $100 to make it happen and acting like no regard for what I am feeling ( like oh well for me ) Customer service is nothing like it used too be. It should NOT cost me $300 to scan some copies to an email. I dont recommend this place, go somewhere else unless your like me and no choice and its covient. Come with a lot of money

Great experience here for a last minute print of 500 copies. Went to 3 different UPS/Fedex locations prior to this one and this was the only one that could help. The gals today were super helpful in walking me through the process of submitting the files and everything.

Baheer and Erica helped me with printing out images for a trifold board for an upcoming volunteering event. They both were super friendly, helpful and professional! Thank you so much, I absolutely loved how the final images turned out :)

“I went in to drop off my company gas expense payment like I have every month for the past two years, and the employee (Erica) suddenly refused to take it because I didn’t have a phone number for the company. My company has an active account with FedEx, so that should be more than enough information to process a simple envelope. No one has ever asked me for a phone number before. I was exhausted and just trying to drop off a simple envelope, and instead I was turned away for a new ‘rule’ that didn’t make sense. I then had to drive about 15 more minutes to my regular FedEx location, where they accepted it with no problem and did not ask for a phone number. Very frustrating and not helpful at all.”

Located in a small strip mall right across the busy Pacific Commons Shopping Center, this is one of the larger FedEx stores. My experience is mostly based on the drop offs, which have always been easy and smooth.
