I wanted to make a point of leaving a review for this team, especially Brenda. I called near the end of the day for assistance with multiple policies with a quickly-approaching deadline, and Brenda stayed an extra hour to help me. She was extremely kind and patient, answering all my questions and proactively explaining things that she thought may be helpful (and her info did, in fact, provide needed context to make the best decisions). It's rare that I encounter people who are this happy to help, let alone who show this level of experience/expertise. Thank you, Brenda for going above and beyond!

Stephanie always comes through for me. I have just met her year ago through a friend and have four policies with her when things need to be addressed.
