Farmers insurance and Jeffrey Carvalho are terrible. I was dropped from my insurance with less than a 8 hour notice. Then I was told by our agent that my driving record was showing 3-4 points which was 1000% incorrect. Then he offered a HIGH RISK plan to gauge us for more money!! We were fortunate to get connected to State Farm and got insured immediately with good driver rates. I incredibly disappointed in the way we were treated after 7 years of being loyal Farmers members. I don't usually write negative reviews, but Farmers and Jeff left my family and kids high and dry without coverage. PLEASE do your homework and thick 2-3 times before giving these people and company your business!!!
