Would I stay here again? No! I’m here for work and although the kitchenette is a nice amenity, and it’s affordable, the property isn’t clean at all. This property has a “trash room” at the end of the hallway. You can just imagine how that looks. The outside courtyard that’s located in the back of the motel had trash overflowing and all over the ground for about week before it was somewhat picked up. The hallways have little trash and dog hair all on the carpet. Since this place is pet friendly, they should vacuum at least once a day. The laundry room is dirty as well and had trash on the ground in there as well. The rooms were not cleaned and had spider webs everywhere as if the room haven’t had a thorough clean in weeks. Don’t let the pictures fool you. There were multiple car break ins here and the hotel staff don’t care. The employee tried to blame the car owner for the break in saying “he probably had valuables in the truck” but it had dark tint and you couldn’t see inside. Nope, there were no cameras outside to catch the perps.

DO NOT GO HERE!! We checked into our room and found blood splatters on the walls, floors and door handles. There also appeared to be used white powder bags and powder on the floor and couch. Floors were filthy and covered in hair as well. Not child friendly or safe. Hotel smelled like a mixture of Thai food and urine. The staff was very accommodating and gave us a full refund after the state of our room so thank you for that though.

I originally tried making my reservation for the Newark location and I was definitely mistaken when I made it for the Fremont location . The only thing I can say positively about this place is the lady who checked me in , supper friendly and made me laugh. Now my room on the other hand gave me the legit ick … and oh how I wish I had another option to leave I would have . I stayed from Thursday - Sunday and I’m telling you me and my boyfriend had the ick the whole time . The room floor was disgusting, the walls in the room had dried stains on the wall , the couch was both leather and fabric and the fabric cushions were disgusting the leather was disgusting as well with stains. We took the top of bed cover off to lay it on the couch just to sit , we wore slippers the whole time because the floor was just not it scratch marks and welts on the walls , the shower was horrible , the last night we stayed we noticed the tub filling up as we showered we thought maybe we pushed the stopper down but no we didn’t the tub was backing up while we were showering and that made me want to vomit , we showered so quickly and got out when the water finally cleared we saw the tube had all types of particles and stuff from the plumbing being pushed back up. Sunday we just got up and decided to shower at home it was no way I was showering again ! I paid 371 dollars for this stay and I was so disappointed ☹️! Not to mention the hallway had a very pungent smell that we legit had to hold our breath coming and going since are room was a few doors from the exit . I’ll never stay or recommend anyone to stay here ! At least room 144! These rooms need a complete upgrade ! All the money you charge and the rooms aren’t even nice ! I’m so upset I waisted my money here smh ! I forgot to mention the water dripped all night ! So imagine listing to that if you are a light sleeper !

I had a very bad experience at this hotel because of the front desk lady. She was very rude and unhelpful. I forgot my wallet at home, but I had my email confirmation and booking code with me. First, she told me that because I booked through a third-party website, I could not check in unless the third-party company called her. I immediately contacted the booking company, and they spoke with her directly. After speaking with them, she changed her statement and told the third-party customer service that I still could not check in. She did not stand by her original words and was very unprofessional. This situation caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience. Very disappointing customer service.

I’ve had a great experience staying here. Kayla is one of my favorites she’s always fast, polite, and helpful. Catherine is also amazing and I always love seeing her. There’s also a younger Filipino lady (I’m so sorry I don’t know her name!) who is always so sweet and I love talking with her. These ladies are a big reason why I keep coming back. This Extended Stay is also affordable and much more respectful to their tenants than other places I’ve stayed at.
