8 calls in 3 days and ZERO response — Pathetic service ​I don’t know how this place stays in business. I have called EIGHT times over the last three days (Friday, Saturday, and Monday) and it goes straight to voicemail every single time. ​I’ve tried them at 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, noon, and 3:00 PM—it doesn’t matter when you call, nobody is there to pick up the phone. For an "Exotic" collection, you expect premium service, but they can’t even handle the basics of answering a line. Truly bad business. Don't waste your time calling; they clearly aren't interested in picking up.
