Unfortunately, due to sad circumstances we had to sell our family house. As you can imagine, trying to settle an estate while mourning can be tough. We can't say enough about the fantastic job Yvette did to sell our rental property in Fremont. From the time we made the decision to sell our house to closing escrow, Yvette took care of everything. She coordinated all the contractors to make the house marketable for sale including the staging. She tried hard to save us money on updating the house without sacrificing quality and did a great job. We sold the property very quickly and didn't have to lift a finger. Whenever any problems came up she took care of it but always updated us in an timely manner. She also responded quickly whenever we had any questions. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell a property. You will not regret it!
