I’ve been using them for awhile and really love the easiness of booking and the effectiveness of their services. The staff is knowledgeable and caring. The room are kept clean and private for treatments. Rocio is my wax specialist and I just adore her. She is so good and careful, always double check that the job is done well!

All was the sweetest person I have ever met. Great customer service by the front desk team! Loved the experience. Very clean, and the team worked on accommodating me last minute. Want to give a shoutout to Alo! Lovely person at heart as well !!

Harlene is the best! I started getting waxes by her at the Union City location but recently moved to Fremont, so I was so excited to see her again! She does a perfect job and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the appointment.

Always have such a pleasant experience here. Staff is super friendly, especially Monse. Have been going with her for a little now and she always makes me feel at ease and comfortable. Def. Recommend if you’re looking to start a waxing journey! ☺️

My service tech at European Wax, Fremont is Rocio. If I could give her 10+ stars I would. She is amazing at what she does. Her waxing skills are top tier. It doesn’t get any better than Rocio. I would recommend her hands down to anyone getting a Brazilian wax for the first time. I’d also like to give a kudos to Colina at the front desk. She’s very professional and kind and provides excellent customer service.
