I called and made an appointment to check out a 2006 Toyota 4runner since this dealership is by appointment only. Anthony returned my call and was happy to set it up. Drove down that afternoon from the East Bay and Anthony was prompt and polite while showing me the car. He was super transparent in pointing out imperfections then we went to test drive the 4runner to ensure it didn't have any mechanical issues. I ended up buying the car and he made the whole process as smooth as possible. This was the best deal I got and the dealer fees were much lower than other dealers I had visited. I was able to pick up the car the next day after they had it cleaned and a few minor things done. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend them to all my friends.

This review was long overdue but this company really deserves some praises. I bought an Audi a while ago and not only the pricing was fair but the customer service is probably the best I have ever experienced with a car dealership. This team is fast, flexible and caring. If you are looking for a car, Emperor Motors should be a no brainer.

We had such an amazing experience here. They stayed late to help us, and we were just shopping for a first car, a 2011Jetta, for my boyfriend's son. The owner was so friendly and helpful. It is so nice and unusual to feel at ease and zero pressure when you are buying a car, but that is how we felt. He even let us check out his personal cars in the garage, he let me sit in a Maserati...it felt like the car was hugging me!

Recently bought my car from Emperor motors. The guys were nice and the process went smoothly. They answered my email very quickly. Once we started the process of finding a car, it only took about a week until we were driving away with our new car. I never got the vibe that their cars were subpar and they seemed very honest.

This dealership and I made an appointment for me to come check on one vehicle. I arrived at 1:50pm, texted their phone number to let them know I arrived but they didn’t reply. I looked through the glass door of their office and saw no one inside. I stayed outside their office until around 2:10pm I left. No apology for being late. Very bad customer service. One advice for buying the vehicles is to check any vehicle carefully before making purchase.
