Sutter Healthcare, I met Dr E. Jokerst On a recent visit. I must say she is an exceptional physician. I felt the Attention and compassion attention and she Listen to my voice of detail recovery. I was Diagnosed with Pneumonia and it was scary to me not knowing if I had fully recovered. The assessment plan was explained to me and instruction for my care. I truly recommend Dr E. Jokerst MD and thank you Sutter for having her for Patient medical care. It’s So important that we patients have access to exceptional physicians and medical staff. I am going to note this “Not AI” Its horrible to have to get through an AI to get to a live action person that has the ability and professionalism a Human being is capable enough Thank you to Sutter Medical staff that made it possible to get better quality attention over the AI. Please Sutter Health recognize your Staff for its exceptionalism to making Medical service accessible for everyone.

Dr Jokerst was very kind and thorough. I have never received such thorough care from a doctor before. I was having a very rough week with my eye issue and then on the way rushing to appt I was trying to unload dishwasher and cut my finger on glass so was crying on the way out the door. She put my mind at ease by taking time to listen to my concerns, she stained my eye to look for scratch, looked at my finger and gave me referrals. She also caught another potential issue I wasn’t aware of. I genuinely feel that she cares for her patients. Thank you!

Dr Jokerst is the best. She is personal. She is efficient. She is knowledgeable. She is everything I want in a doctor , and more. I always feel uplifted after I see her. She is the best❤️

Doctor Jokerst, for me, is the best. She truly cared about how I was feeling and asked appropriate questions. The unfortunate part of my review is that she is retiring in April, 2026. Bummer. God Bless Doctor Jokerst. Enjoy your retirement. With Love ❤️

Best doctor anywhere! She's been my doctor for 30 years. I moved 10 years ago to WA & AZ, but I still return to CA to keep her as my PCP. Dr. Jokerst takes her time and gives each patient individual attention.
