I travel out of town frequently, which has occasionally caused issues with my account. During one visit to the Fremont branch, the manager took the time to patiently help resolve everything and coordinated with the team to make sure the process went smoothly. I really appreciated the professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. The experience left me very satisfied, and I would gladly recommend this branch to anyone looking for helpful and knowledgeable banking staff.

Branch manager, Dean Chang, is proficient in legal matters, very professional, and friendly to help me solve my mother's issue. The other staffs are very friendly, too. I highly recommend this branch.

I’ve been banking with this branch of East West Bank for over a decade and am always pleased by the customer service and insights from Maggie. Maggie has been with the branch for over 20 years and it’s clear that she has a very strong understanding of all of the bank’s product offerings. She has a true sense of responsibility over her clients’ financial needs and has even been known to send updates to clients outside of working hours. Highly recommend banking with Maggie at this branch of East West Bank.

Fremont Mission location is the most chill branch. The workers are super nice and welcoming. I had no problems making deposits and withdrawals or CD here.they always try their best to help customers.
