I had a fantastic experience at this Watch Repair. Jalal was incredibly friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The back of my automatic watch was broken, and he not only fixed it perfectly, but upgraded it to a beautiful glass/sapphire exhibition case back so I can see the movement inside. The quality of his work was excellent, and the price was very reasonable — honestly much lower than I expected. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the watch was sealed properly. If you’re looking for someone skilled, honest, and detail-oriented, I highly recommend Jalal. Truly a 5-star experience!
