Avoid at all costs. Brushes ripped off some window trim of my 2026 car, and they refused to cover any damages because of interesting logic like "well the rest of your trim didn't rip off" so we are not liable. Not up to a real Ducky's location standards. It's also a pain to cancel the monthly subscription once you get it.

It's like any other car wash. However, I took a membership and twice I have had to go back as they take close the car wash at their own break times. I don't understand why one is needed when it's supposed to be all automated car wash. Bad customer experience!

Very disappointed — my car’s antenna was broken during the wash, and the staff didn’t take responsibility or warn customers about vehicles with antennas. I’ll be canceling my two car memberships due to this poor service and lack of care.

The two attendants that were working 11/29/25 in the morning provided the best service I've ever received at a car wash. They were very professional, helpful and inviting. I'd come back just for the fantastic service I received from these two individuals.

You get what you paid for, $10 for just soap and water. Cute little colors while it washes your car. Not bad and nice workers. There is a free vacuum area which is really like. I definitely will come here if I just want a quicky clean up for my car and don't want a detail
