I love DSW!! I buy my granddaughter shoes for school each year. I find everything she needs at DSW. The selection in incredible. The prices are about the same as everywhere else. I've compared prices online while shopping at DSW. I always purchase there. The staff is courteous and helpful. The store is always clean and organized. They also have a huge clearance selection with decent pricing.

Couldn't give a 5 star. I went in when they first opened looking for mens trainers. I was the only customer there. Walked back and forth between 3 isles looking for shoes I liked. There where 2 associates that I saw and walked past me a few times. Not once did they ask if I needed help or anything. After 20 minutes I found a pair that I liked. Paid and left. Need to work on customer service.

Been going at DSW since from the beginning love the store this one and the Stevens Creek my favorite… always excellent service… well maintained store too… love having freebies through the DSW rewards.. hoping they will be around forever…

Absolutely horrible customer service. No greeting, no offer to help — just employees walking past repeatedly and staring as if every customer is a suspect. It’s uncomfortable and honestly insulting. If you’re going to watch customers that closely, at least have the decency to acknowledge them properly.
