We recently completed a seal coat project at one of our mobile home communities in Sunnyvale, California, and the results exceeded our expectations. Eric Chen served as our Project Coordinator, and his attention to detail, communication, organization, and overall support throughout the project were outstanding. Working in an occupied mobile home park presents unique scheduling and logistical challenges, but Eric managed every aspect professionally and kept the project moving smoothly with minimal disruption to residents. This company typically doesn’t do residential work unless a referral was made. They did the paint for our backyard pickleball court. After the work was done and discovered some issues with the work, they did not hesitate in coming back to redo/fix the issue. Results were great, cost is reasonable and would highly recommend them!

I want to thank Able and Alvaro Jimenez and his crew for their exceptional concrete work and flexibility on my large scale EV charging equipment stations (12). I changed the layout from the original print, and proposed a step/landing/curb arrangement to blend it all together. Able was on board immediately and Alvaro executed the plan beautifully. Super happy with these guys.

Great Job putting in an asphalt apron in front of our driveway. They even managed to complete it two days earlier from their planned date. Great communication and great quality and price!
