If I would able to give a zero 0 star I will give it. We asked for hukah and the guy brought it out in 1 minute, But tobacco was burned already and you couldn’t even able to smoke taste was awful. Atmosphere place we empty. I’ll recommend you if you want to smoke go to fire n ice because the atmosphere and quality is amazing.

Pleasantly surprised to find such a great hookah lounge in Fremont. The atmosphere was relaxed, the music was at the perfect volume, and the hookah quality was excellent. Service was smooth and attentive throughout the visit, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back and highly recommend checking this place out.

Staff are the best. Always welcomes with a smile. One of the best Hookah artists in town. The Turkish tea was decent.

for some it’s Dream but unfortunately it was a nightmare for me.. I would not recommend this place if you know what and how a Shisha should be. Overalls Shisha was horrible starting from The Shisha bottle having 3 outputs the smoke is very much compromised. The Shisha tobacco molasses was indeed given very little and charcoal was only advised to put 2, anything more than 2 the Shisha will burn immediately. The customer service was not good as well. The lady in-charge was extremely busy with her 4 guy friends smoking Shisha (2boy looked underage as well), their Shisha smoke was around 6 times more than mine.. so the lady in-charge was of no service whatsoever, had to wait for her till she walks by. Moral of the story it’s that if you want a good Shisha you got to know her personally. One thing was good it’s the wifi !
