Dr. Evangelista is the BEST dentist I have ever seen. I had a terrible plate I took in and out that I hated. He was the first to tell me about implants. He placed implants on my front teeth and created a beautiful smile. I can eat whatever I want and I look amazing! Thank you for all the work!

I was told by 3 dentists that I could not have an implant. Dr. Evangelista took the time to build up my bone and he finally placed the implant! I look great and now I can chew properly. He did the impossible and I am so thankful to him and his skill. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a horrible experience at Designing Smiles @ Mission! We were told that we had to get their mandatory deep cleaning service for our routine maintenance that will be carried out for 2 days with a charge of $1100 each person. We were there for our routine check up and cleaning. We have no issues in our teeth, no cavities and such. Yet we were forced to either do a deep cleaning or they will offer no cleaning at all. Dr. Lee was handling our case. I did some research on her and found out that she had a previous practice near Pleasanton that is now closed. The reviews there was very similar to our experience of up-selling not required work. This was after they did X-ray and consultation which they charged the insurance. I highly doubt if the other reviews for this business is true. We went to this place due to their positive reviews and was extremely disappointed. We took at business elsewhere and the dentist there basically said we only need regular cleaning twice a year which we did. I do not recommend this place and caution others fol not falling into their $$ trap for requiring deep clean when it is not required.

Dr. Evangelista is simply the best. He gives it to you straight and does a great job. My mouth was a mess and he took great care of me. I refer all of my friends and family to him. Won't trust anyone but him with my pearly whites.

It was a very unpleasant experience going to the Ortho at designing smile. They keep having unprofessional assistance to work on my Ortho and my lips got cut bleeding once and they also forgot to cut my wire so they poked into my skin and it hurt so bad. They say it was because the wire can travel by itself, oh my goodness what a excuse. I have to stop my treatment with them. I have taken picture as my proof
