Overall: An amazing experience with Dr. Castro — she went above and beyond for us like fitting us into her schedule for a same day appointment and ensuring that we had ample buffer time to fix all the issues. She showed so much compassion and understanding for our case and was empathetic and kind throughout. She took her time to explain everything to us and each step of the process as well as provided additional information about insurance coverages and pricing estimates. Additionally, her team was very helpful in preparing things prior to our appointment and made sure to call to confirm the appointment. Her team asked many questions to better understand the situation and issues at hand and answered any questions/ provided as much information as possible beforehand. It was a very smooth process and we are so grateful that Dr. Castro and her team were available to help us. During the appointment: Dr. Castro was incredibly welcoming and professional from start to finish. She provided my fiancé with amazing treatment and care and was able to fix his chipped/cracked teeth (from an unfortunate incident) with so much care. She was meticulous with the repairs/bonding, color matching, and in ensuring he was happy with how his teeth and smile looked. She worked for over 2 hours on his teeth and made as many small adjustments as needed to make sure they came out perfectly. She also was so patient and understanding the entire time and never rushed my fiancé to make a decision and never dismissed any of his concerns. At the end when everything was finished, she asked multiple times of he was sure he 100% happy with the results and if there was any other adjustments he would like to make. She also made sure to provide tips and recommendations on how to move forward with having these newly repaired teeth and to reach out anytime if we had any questions in the future. It was such a wonderful experience with Dr. Castro and she really made it as stress-free for us as possible! My fiancé is beyond content with his smile and his teeth are just like before (or maybe even better)! Thank you again so much!
