Exceptional exceptional customer service from Bella, the receptionist from the dental assistant to Dr. Rara! I've never felt so comfortable going into an adult office until now. Thank you guys for being so attentive and so friendly and welcoming. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. 5 Stars!

Dr. Rara and her team is very friendly and professional at the same time. I approached them when the condition of my teeth and gums was horrible. They took care of my teeth very well. She was my fourth dentist in Fremont area but I liked her the most. I took treatment for deep cleaning from her in March while it was second trimester of my pregnancy. She took every possible precaution to unhurt my baby. She is really very caring. Her assistant Ms. Ella and receptionist Ms. Bella are also very good in nature. They answered my each and every query very patiently and tried to feel me comfortable in every possible way. I always felt a personal touch being with them. Overall a very good team of dentist whom you can visit for all your problems without any double thinking. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Rara and her team provided me with a stellar experience during my first visit (on a Monday morning in Jan 2022)! From the receptionist, to the the dental assistant, all the way up to Dr. Rara herself, I felt like I was a member of their Dental family. Everyone was kind, patient, and informative during my first time visit (for a Checkup and general Cleaning). I did not have any additional questions to ask about the health and improvement of health, for my teeth, as Dr. Rara and her assistant provided me information that exceeded my expectations! It is clear that Dr. Rara is an established and experienced Dental professional in her practice. After my cleaning, she went over in detail the X-Ray of my teeth and provided me with advice on general multivitamins to take for my overall wellbeing! I am excited to come back in 6 months to visit this Dental Family!

i hate the dentist - but i LOVE dr. rara and her amazing team. i was so scared to see a dentist due to anxiety and fear but bella, dr. rara, and derrick were all so reassuring and comforted me. dr. rara educated me on how to brush/floss and cleaned my teeth without judgement. derrick was super nice and it felt like home talking with everyone. they took such good care of me! i actually look forward to my next appointment, which is something i've never felt before. if you are thinking about seeing dr. rara, i highly recommend her!

They’re so friendly! Dr. Rara and the staffs are so awesome, they are so accommodating and I don’t feel scared whenever I go here, so far this is the best dental place I’ve been to! Highly recommended.
