As a black American man, these nurses/staff are very rude and don't have any problems with talking smart/rude to a grown patient experiencing medical problems. If your their race they will treat you way better.

Your response compelled me to provide feedback, which I initially intended to express solely through a 1-star review. However, after reading your response, I feel compelled to elaborate further.(I have written this review after the owners comment on it) I've noticed that some of your negative reviews seem to be dismissed by discarding them to not be your patients. To substantiate my own experience, I've attached irrefutable proof of my visit, including documentation with my name, the doctor's signature, and the official stamp with date(attached). This evidence ensures the credibility of my review. It's disheartening to report that I encountered what appears to be a questionable practice during my visit. The doctor recommended another appointment despite my condition not warranting one(just needed a list of preventive tests for a insurance discout) , leaving me with concerns about the integrity of your services.

We recently visited doctor for our immigration requirements. Dr and staff were very welcoming. They allowed us walk-in on the same day, which is very unusual here. They guided about the overall process over phone before the visit, so we were well prepared about the documents to carry. They also guided on the further process during the visit. It was very easy and smooth expereince. Highly recommend for your immigration needs. Thank you.

Very pleasant and welcoming clinic, staff is very friendly and cooperative. Doctor Ahmadi is very experienced, knowledgeable, unlike USA doctors doesn't scare you, do not do unnecessary procedures. He give proper attention and time to the patient, he is never in hurry unlike other doctors. He and his staff make things simple and easy unlike USA medical system. I would highly recommend him. I always feel satisfied with whatever he suggest with reasoning. No Code up and no exaggeration of one's condition. We need more doctors like him in the Bay area.

My sister and I experience with Dr. Ebrahim Ahmadi and his office was extremely disappointing. The staff lacked patience and were consistently rude, often displaying a dismissive attitude toward patient concerns. Rather than being helpful, they came across as unprofessional, even going so far as to yell and hang up during calls(Dr Ahmadi). Additionally, there was a push for unnecessary services, which felt like an attempt to overcharge the patient’s insurance. Overall, this was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking respectful and compassionate care.
