Dr. Chaitanya is an example of perfection and excellence at work while ensuring empathy and care for customers. I had an impending international visit, severe tooth pain when I had a not-so-pleasant experience at an another dentistry. It was both tooth and time sensitive. I was fortunate to visit Dr. Chaitanya's Dentistry. Dr. Chaitanya prioritized my treatment, the root canal was pain less, the office staff was super friendly, and beyond all it costed +50% lower than what the the other dentistry quoted (after insurance). Chaitanya Bandrupalli at Mission Ridge Dentistry is only interested in your money. She is adept at feigning sympathy and convincing you of unnecessary treatments just to line her pockets. Many of the positive reviews you see are likely for the previous dentist or from her friends and family. She is both greedy and incompetent. Due to her relentless pursuit of profit and lack of skill, I am now suffering from bite collapse, severe jaw and facial pain, and swelling. My facial profile and smile have been permanently altered. I've been forced to seek help from multiple doctors to repair the damage she caused. When I went to remove an accidentally cracked tooth, she imposed additional tooth removal without considering or explaining the implications of additional tooth removal. She did not even consider a mold of my original teeth to make a new tooth or a placeholder till I had a permanent solution to replace missing teeth. This, combined with all other unnecessary and imposed treatments she performed on me when I only visited for stitches removal, has torn my jaw muscles. During the stitches removal visit, she enforced upper teeth cleaning and did it so badly that it created a large gap between my upper front two teeth. She then filled my upper four teeth unnecessarily and so poorly that I could no longer floss. She further chipped them during the process of fixing them, leaving me with weakened teeth and a disfigured face, all because she wanted to make more money. Despite my resistance, she insisted on performing cleanings, deep cleanings, and fillings when I visited only for stitches removal. Do yourself a favor and find another dentist. Many patients might not even realize the harm she is causing by performing unnecessary procedures to fill her own pockets while pretending to care for your well-being.

The BEST dental experience I've ever had. Very personalized service. Dr. Chaitanya Bandarupalli provides thorough explanations for the procedures she perform. From the receptionist to the dentist, everyone was extremely compassionate, welcoming, and helpful. Receptionist Rupawali was very helpful and patient with me, she answered all my queries as I was bit skeptic regarding my tooth extraction. I would recommend Mission Ridge Family Dentistry and Dr. Chaitanya Bandarupalli to anyone

The worst experience, the fact that a dentist can say that bear the pain for a few hours because they are busy and would like to take an hour lunch before they can actually accommodate a patient in pain. I am a professional too and can understand urgency and just empathy takes you a long way.

For my 2 kids we had gone for a consultation for braces in June 2019 and for appointment there was no mention that they don't do braces and did a forced cleaning of their teeth during the visit and took out the majority of the insurance amount benefits for that year for both kids. Definitely avoid the place!
