This has by far been the best place I’ve ever been to see any doctor. The knowledge of Dr Tilley blew me away. Never has any Dr been aware of my condition. Such a nice and thorough Doctor. Thank you Barrett.

Had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Spencer Tillys staff member, Bianca. I followed up on a referral to Stanford (after 3 day delay) and because their fax line was damaged by someone from the homeless encampment behind their building, she felt I shouldnt be questioning why I havent seen movement. Explaining the level importance based on my health issue, she explained there are people with worse conditions (her example: cancer patients) waiting for their fax line to be fixed also. Now, I see two issues - 1) your down playing my condition and 2) there are cancer patients who are waiting for them to fix their IT issue. I wouldnt want that for my family member, especially if they have cancer. They would be waiting in the wind. To put the cherry on top, I explained maybe I should blast this experience on google and yelp because people should know their wellness is being placed on the back burner. She then stated "that was a threat". Im thinking, people should know your bad practices and now Im the bad guy? Stay away from this practice. Spencer Tilley is a great doctor, but the staff can cause your health to further decrease by lack of resources, empathy, or care. The face of your business should be ran by good, well spoken people - not rude with good arguing skills.

Love this doctor , down to earth and very helpful. Not pushy and takes his time to talk to you.
