Longtime customer and always a great experience. The customer service is excellent with real humans who actually help (chat and email) and backed by a solid store policy. Their PRE-OWNED phones are reliable, authentic, and I’ve never had an issue with any purchase.

good phone buys for some years now. bought an iphone in oct 2025 for christmas present and the iphone turned out to be no good per the apple store. ship the phone back and i only got half of my money back. make sure you all "immediately" check your phone before their 30 day return policy. they ruined my child's christmas so i'm not giving them money for nothing EVER AGAIN.

Over the years, I've bought 5 cell phones from these folks. They usually have what I am looking for and the prices are good. Generally, I have picked up my phones in person so that I can see them before taking them with me. That said, their descriptions on the website do match what they have in stock. If it says something is Excellent or in A condition, it is truthful. One tip - it is easier to get in touch with them through the chat feature on the website than on the telephone. While I wish they'd answer the phone, they don't.

Poor service will not answer their phone or emails. Bought a Moto Edge phone on June 11th received it on the 16th volume does not work and they will not give you a paid return label. You pay to return their JUNK. Do not recommend this company

Their online store says that they buy all electronics, but when I got there, the manager said that he didn't want anything I was trying to sell. Wasted a lot of time driving there for nothing.
