I recently visited DHL Express Service Point while in a rush to ship a package overseas, and I was unfamiliar with the international shipping process. The young lady who assisted me was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. She thoroughly explained the shipping options, how long the package would take to arrive, and reassured me that the recipient would receive it in time for his birthday. Her clear explanation made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing international shipping assistance. 5 stars!

I’ve been using DHL for a while now, and overall I’ve had a really good experience. My packages usually arrive on time, and the tracking updates are clear and consistent, which makes the whole process a lot less stressful. I’ve also had a couple of interactions with customer service, and they were polite and helpful when I needed clarification about a shipment. It’s nice knowing I can get support if something comes up. I had an incredible experience at this DHL location! The service was fast, professional, and much more convenient and accessible than the large Fremont DHL warehouse. A huge shoutout to Jordan, who was able to provide notary services for me on the spot. It saved me so much time to be able to get my documents notarized and shipped all in one go.
