I recently visited the DHL point of service to ship a package, and I was extremely pleased with the experience. Jack, the staff member who assisted me, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He guided me through the shipping process efficiently and ensured that everything was in order. Thanks to Jack's excellent customer service, my package was shipped smoothly and delivered on time. I highly recommend this DHL location for their professionalism and reliable service. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

I ordered an auto part from RockAuto and paid almost double for express shipping specifically to receive it by Friday so I could repair my car over the weekend. DHL marked the delivery as “attempted – no response”, but the driver never called, never knocked, and left no notice. I was home the entire time. Because customer service was already closed, I now have to wait until next week, and I’m forced to use taxis for several days due to a missed delivery that never actually happened. Paying premium for express shipping only to have the stop skipped is extremely frustrating. Please require drivers to contact recipients before marking a delivery attempt.

This is my first time using DHL and I doubt I'll be using it again. So, my parents sent me 2 packages from Myanmar to Fremont and it took only 2-3 days to get here. Inside the packages, they put in some frozen food because they heard the shipping is fast. I'm in a rush to get it because they put in the frozen food, which I'm sure it's all spoiled already since it's been more than 10 days and the packages still aren't delivered to me. When I try to go pick it up, they told me that they're unable to help me unless I submit a hold my packages application, which is honestly ridiculous to me because it will take more days to finish processing that. They also told me that the packages are scheduled for delivery on Monday. Well, Monday has passed and there are no updates on my delivery status. So, I tried to submit an application but they asked for a DHL account number which I do not have. I've also tried contacting customer service and wait on call for more than 10 minutes to which they hung up on me. So, right now, my hands are tied and DHL is a horrible shipping center. I don't recommend it to anyone.

The driver came all the way to the building and returned as he didn’t have gate code. He didn’t think to call or message me but returned with my package which is now going to be delayed by 4 days because of weekend and public holiday.

I have been waiting for my oversea package since 8/14/25. I paid 2-3 day express shipping, the package was sitting in Fremont office since 8/14, everytime I called, I was told it would be delivered tomorrow, never happened. Is my package lost? Can you just give me accurate delivery time so I don't have to stay home waiting?
