Ordered the malai chaap, tandoori chaap and the amritsari chole kulcha. The malai chaap was alright it didnt taste like much but the presentation was nice the tandoori chaap had flavors but it could be cooked a bit more it justed tasted as though the chaap was cooked and just tossed into a tandoori marinate after. The amritsari kulcha was delicious the portions were perfect the chole was made really well.

I had the Amritsari Chole Kulche and Chicken Tikka at dhaba Express, and both were absolutely delicious! The chole was rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced, while the kulche were soft and fresh. The Chicken Tikka was juicy, tender, and packed with authentic smoky flavors. Everything tasted fresh, and the quality was excellent. Highly recommend Ardab Express if you’re looking for delicious North Indian food. I’ll definitely be coming back!

5 stars without hesitation. The Tawa Mutton was outstanding, rich flavor, perfectly cooked, and tasted like authentic roadside dhaba food from North India. The meat was tender and fresh, with the right level of spices and smoky tawa flavor. The Malai Kabab was another highlight, super soft, juicy, and creamy without being too heavy. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and properly marinated. Also loved the kulcha, crispy outside, soft inside, and paired perfectly with the mains. Great portions, authentic taste, and definitely one of the better desi spots in Fremont. Will be coming back again.

Terrible food , ordered chole bhature, bhature were thick and too oily felt like bread/eating raw dough. Taste was flat. Also i think frying oil was not good. Not recommended. 👎👎

This is one of the best options at the Chowpatti. The Chole Bhatura were amazing. Bhatura were fresh, soft and delicious. Chole were really flavorful. The staff is very friendly and courteous.
