Exceptional Realtor: Highly Recommend Desmond! 🌟 I recently had the pleasure of working with Desmond, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From our initial consultation to the final closing, Desmond was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to all my needs. Desmond represented me as both a home seller and buyer; he helped sell my home and helped me find my new one. Desmond's expertise in the real estate market is truly impressive. He provided invaluable insights and guidance, ensuring I made informed decisions every step of the way. He has a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the local market trends. Desmond knew to set the sell price at the best level to attract the maximum attention. During the one weekend there were over 200 viewers, 100 EACH day. I lived in a cul-de sac and during the open-house days there was no place to park!! We received 12 offers. The house sold in 9 days for almost 500K above the asking price! Desmond made the entire process seamless and stress-free. While this is the fourth home I have sold and purchased, the last one over 20 years ago, in comparison with what the prior sale Realtors did, Desmond did so much more. It was a blessing to have Desmond's help as first-time home owners. He actually found the house and neighborhood we love which I largely attribute to the time he took to know us. He's such a patient caring person, has great active listening skills, and is very generous in sharing his expertise. Desmond's also a brilliant strategist! He proactively got to know every seller agent of the properties we saw (there were alot :X haha) and made sure there was a good relationship and advised us on how to put in competitive offers. He even went above and beyond going into crawl spaces and contacting contractors to help us understand the actual risk of certain properies. I cannot thank Desmond enough for finding us a home and he's on the top of my list whenever family and friends are looking for a realtor in the area.
