Kurt is great guy! He was honest when I called about fixing the printer or buying a new one. With my printer situation he recommended buying a new one would save me money. that is what we need in this community. Honest people who are good on their job as well.

They were very helpful in cleaning out my Epson ET-7750. It is a great printer when it isn't clogged up, and despite my efforts beforehand, I couldn't get it to work. Kurt was amiable and informative, and I will definitely come back if I have other printer issues. It works perfectly now.

Kurt, the service manager, was super knowledgeable and was very honest. I shared the model of the printer and said that it is not worth fixing. It would be cost effective just to go and purchase a new one and not fix the printer. I so appreciated his honesty.

Ten stars! After I messed up my Epson printer's mechanisms, Kurt and Omar made it work like new! They even filled the inkwell! I live in Walnut Creek and Deen's is in Fremont. But for a small fee, Omar picked up my broken printer and returned it to me in tip-top shape. I can't thank them enough!!!
