Incredibly close to the temporary job I had. The room was clean and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The area is quiet at night and seems safe. I never felt worried about my truck. The front desk people were very nice.

Beware of this hotel management they are very greedy. i booked a room through wyndham the day(24hrs) before check in (cost$75 plus 3000 points) then i realized i made a mistake and called the hotel to tell them i need to cancel and rebook for the next day instead. They said they cannot cancel because of a "24hr" cancellation policy. He did tell me i have to tell Wyndham to cancel but their office was closed so i found out i could use the app to cancel and rebook for the correct date "the next day" Honest mistake right? surely the manager will refund the mistaken booking because its not really a cancellation, its a rebooking for the next day so they still get my business. Well the first booking cost me $75 plus 3000 points. the rebooking cost me $100 plus 2000 points. Even though I cancelled the first booking through wyndham, neither wyndham or this hotel manager will refund my $75 and 3000 points. And they will gladly take my $100 and 2000 points for the rebooking for the next day. Wyndham says its up to the hotel to refund (so what is the point of wyndham ? They do absolutely nothing to help their members get refunds for honest mistakes????) The hotel manager hides behind their "24 hour cancellation policy" to not refund my money and points. Well, I made the booking less Than 24 hours before check in He know's he can over rule this but chooses not to. i would understand if i made the booking a week before check in and tried to cancel 24 hours before that check in. But I made the reservation within 24 hours of check in and an hour later i realized it was the wrong date so i rebooked and they still got my business. But the greedy manager wants all of my hard earned money and all the points. Shame on you Not good KARMA for you Please reconsider your decision on this matter and over rule policy for one honest mistake made within 24 hours of check in. You still got my business. please make this right so everyone can see you are a fair Man.

The night attendant wasn’t very friendly. He took my driver’s license and credit card without really saying anything, which made the check-in feel pretty awkward and unwelcoming. When I tried to ask him a few questions, he didn’t really respond, so I wasn’t sure if he didn’t understand me, didn’t know the answers, or just didn’t care. The room itself wasn’t very clean. There were stains on the sheets and even on the walls, which made it feel a bit neglected. The TV also didn’t work properly, and the remotes were hit or miss, so I had to mess with it for a while just to get it working. To be fair, the room was nicely lit and you can tell the place has some potential. It just feels like it needs a little more care and attention, both in terms of cleanliness and customer service. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I would never stay at Days Inn Fremont by Wyndham again, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. My experience was extremely disappointing and felt very dishonest. I booked a two-night stay directly through the Wyndham website for approximately $153. Before arriving, I completed the pre-check-in process. When I got to the hotel, the front desk employee barely acknowledged me. His head was down, and he appeared to be distracted playing a game with another gentleman. I had to call out to him multiple times before he finally assisted me. Because I was tired after a long day, I signed the paperwork without initially reviewing everything carefully. However, something told me to double-check the receipt afterward. When I did, I noticed I had been charged around $260 instead of the confirmed booking amount of approximately $153. I immediately went back downstairs and questioned the charge. The employee claimed it was a “website issue” and said he did not notice the discrepancy. However, while I was speaking with him, I began receiving multiple emails with different fees added, and I could clearly see him generating and sending those emails at that moment. I regularly use the Wyndham website for work-related travel and have never experienced this issue at any other Wyndham property. The entire situation felt dishonest and misleading, especially because the charges only changed after I questioned the total. Combined with the poor customer service, this experience left me feeling that guests could easily be overcharged if they are not paying close attention. I will never stay at this property again.

This place is WILD! We got here early from our long flight (noon) and they said we couldn’t check in for 2 hours, which is not totally unheard of. What IS unheard of is that there are no restrooms for guest who wait in the Lobby for their rooms to be ready. We had to walk to a nearby convenience store just to use the bathroom. They were unapologetic and rude. The lobby was dirty and the staff was worse. I wouldn’t stay here again even if the room were free! This place is WILD!
