Extremely rude. I put in a same day photo pick up 3 1/2 hours prior to coming in to pick up, and the email said the order will be ready an hour after I placed it. I show up way over the estimated pick up time, and the lady who is working, Dolores, was extremely rude as if I majorly bothered her just by coming in. I asked about my order and she shrugged and said “nobody put it in, it’ll be awhile”. Not even an apology or anything. So disrespectful.
