Zero customer focus. No one ever smiles. Must be a robot without feelings to be in that environment day in and day out. Can’t wait till AI takes over these kind of jobs. At least then having zero empathy for customers picking up meds will make sense.

Again, I want to say thank you to this CVS pharmacy team for their outstanding service! Since my family moved back from SoCal to this area, we have been coming to this CVS pharmacy. Every pharmacist there provides us good/ thoughtful/ professional services. Recently Trung has been always so knowledgeable and thoughtful! Yan is also so kind and considerate to her customers.

THE PHARMACY TECHNICIAN FROM BROOKVALE AND THE PHARMACIST AT THE FREMONT HUB WENT BEYOND IN HELPING ME SAVE MONEY ON A NEW DRUG THAT MY HUSBAND NEEDED. THE COSTS WERE VERY EXPENSIVE AND THEY SAVED ME A LOT OF MONEY IN SEARCHING THE NETWORK FOR COUPONS, ETC.

I have been with CVS for a very long time. I feel the pharmacy people are nice, patient and just want to help me get my prescription. The store is clean and welcoming to explore the aisle if I have to wait. I will be back again.

One of the main issues with this pharmacy is that one lady who's in charge is super rude, short with you and doesn't care about you. Only focuses on getting the orders filled and she's to busy to help you. It has been frustrating especially while trying to use the single care coupon or good rx. Never had an issue when I was at Luckys.
