Extremely rude cashier. She takes the time to explain a BOGO deal to the customer in front of me and allowed her to shop around for another item, but then proceeds to refuse looking up an item for me. I had been respectful throughout the interaction, but the cashier remained short with me.

I stopped in before work and asked it turned out my OTC was only available via pharmacy. I asked if the pharmacy would be open after 1 pm, and I was told yes, but the manager did not tell me that the pharmacy is closed from 1:30-2 pm. I know the hours are on the door but I always ask anyway just in case. So I felt that I was not given the full information.

The counter staff were completely useless, and their attitude was terrible. Nobody seemed to care—they just passed the buck. Hands down, the worst experience I've ever had.

This company is absolutely horrible. Do not use them. They are never open. People can't get their medications. The management should be ashamed of themselves. I'm sure they aren't because it's not affecting them and who cares when it doesn't affect them. My wife was told the pharmacy was closed for lunch and she could wait an hour. Hey CVS, when you are a pharmacy, you need to act responsible, and you are anything but. DESPICABLE comes to mind. You close early people can't pick up prescriptions. You never have enough people working, so the waiting time is sometimes 45 minutes because the line is so long. Someone can't pick up a prescription on a 30-minute lunch. It's shocking how inconsiderate your policies are. You are a pharmacy, which until CVS was a respected industry. You used to be great. You are now a zero star disappointment. During the week they close early on weekends they close even earlier. I can only think nothing will change until someone's mother or father in upper management can't get their meds. DESPICABLE

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service at CVS – 46445 Mission Blvd, Fremont I cannot praise this CVS enough. The pharmacy team and every employee here consistently go above and beyond for not just us, but every customer who walks through their doors. Niz, Sadiqa, and the rest of the staff are incredibly professional, compassionate, and always treat people with the utmost dignity and respect. Although this CVS is far from my home, I choose to come here because the service is truly exceptional. Instead of standing around or wasting time, the staff stays attentive, efficient, and fully focused on customer care. They provide prompt service, check in regularly, and even ask if we need our vaccines or any additional assistance. Their dedication, work ethic, and kindness make this location stand out. I highly recommend the CVS at 46445 Mission Blvd, Fremont to anyone looking for quality care, respectful service, and a team that genuinely values its customers. — S.Syed
